How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your phone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find Vesper and tap Cancel. The Premium plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

I'm not seeing my correct chart.

Open Birth Chart and confirm your date, time, and city. The chart updates instantly when you save.

I forgot my password.

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and follow the email link. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or write to us using the contact form below.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. Your data is removed within thirty days.

Is my birth data private?

Yes. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Why doesn't Astro AI know that?

Astro AI is a focused assistant for astrology and the app. It is not a general search engine. If something is missing, write to us and we'll consider adding it.
